I was terribly upset by this visit at the above property. When we reached the hotel at around 12. 30 pm after a tiring journey we were informed that they were not having any confirmation and booking from mm t and the hotel is full. This was disgusting and we tried to persuade them but they said it's not possible and took us to a different hotel of theirs which was shabby and not worthy to stay as look like a lodge. My question to you all is that now also you are asking about our stay in that hotel despite the fact that we were denied rooms means you people don't have a check whether the customer has stayed there or not. It's not acceptable. We called your team and asked for the reasons so they said sorry for the inconvenience, what that means, after paying the money and days before our journey we landed in a bad situation. This is not the first time i faced this issue, in ooty i also faced this issue with my family
why you people don't confirm with the hotel people for the booking and inform us. I appreciate the help given by miss reena for accommodating in a different hotel but almost 3 hrs we wasted and also we have taken our lunch at 5 pm just because of mismanagement. I thought of lodging a complaint with the consumer forum but thought let me discuss first with you. Definitely i will think twice before doing any booking. I not only want a apology for the above incident but also need to be compensated appropriateiately. I hope you will address and revert for the goofup from your side compensate with another trip for my family. leave the decision with you. Thanks & regards john k k.
