Overall good hotel… House keeping 5/5 Service 5/5 food 2.5/5 Executive Room Bathroom 5/5. Major disappointment was there were small cockroaches in room. As you as you open the room roached will run and hide. Need Pest Control for Sure…

It just an ordinary hotel. With poor rules and regulation. I stayed in room 521. And 7-8 person were smoking and drinking in 523 or 524 with ope door. The smell was all over the floor. We requested hotel staff to ask them to close the door but they haven’t

It was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous. Service quality. 100 out of 100.

I got a warm welcome from the Front desk and Reception provided the room at 10.30 am up on my request even though check in time was 12 noon. Room was spacious and cleam. Amenities were good and only suggetion is to reduce the portion size of the food. It was too much for a person or two

Terrible room. Absoluetly no window view. Aircondioner controls not operational..not able to reduce the temperature or fan. worst part toilet flush was not working properly...had to flush half bucket of water from outside.

booked in Minerva SD looking at rating . Room condition is old, Mini bar not working neither electric kettle.. asked to change room, refused as all rooms full while the hotel was empty complained MMT he can rushing to room , promised to change in morning 10AM till 5 PM no action, called reception no information, called MMT, they got mini bar replaced but that too not working 🤣 electric kettle faulty ..replaced immediately am very upset with services they have too many properties and don't care for customer service only marriage parties entertained

I don’t feel the 3 star quality in the room. 1.Foul smell on the room. 2.Bathroom water won’t dry properly. 3.bathroom fitting are in bad condition won’t function properly. 4. No ventilation in the washroom. 5. Cigarette smells on the room lobby. 6. All rooms are smoking room. 7.

The property is exactly as it shows in the pictures, well maintains and well trained staff. Both the restaurants have amazing and super tasty food. The property is in the heart of the city and all local sightseeing places are close by so overall it ticks all boxes for a family trip.

It was an average stay. It can be reached easily. Food is good but compromised on hygiene factors in the lobby and rooms. The rooms are bit dark and mosquitoes are quite common. The bathroom figments are quite old and even water leakage was also prominent.

Food is good, but room washroom, key (nonfunctional many times) one full day my room wasn't lock when I went out off room . Service is too poor ( in room) Room quality is not upto mark

Food, location and facilities for guests are ok. But for car drivers asked to use staff bathroom and toilets, which are not at all good.

Well the short guy who took the bill at the reception behaved very weird. He was starring the woman I was with. She felt very uncomfortable thought of complaining then and there but we had a medical emergency so we have left. Kindly take action against him. Reception guy behaved so weird
