The rooms were smelly, and it took them 2 hours just to provide a new room.

The room conditions was pathetic, no tables or stand to keep any language, no cupboard with too congested area. Basic bathroom toiletaries were also not provided by hotel, not even got simple water bottle to drink and only 2-3 hangers which were very less. I don't have images but sharing the video

Poorly maintained rooms and bugs in them

The stay was unpleasant. The room was very compact for the given price rate. Washroom was way too small with the shower being just beside the sink, there was no space to move in this area. The bed sheets were stained here and there, the walls were wearing off and stained too, not visually pleasing at all. The side table attached to the bed was broken when i checked in. It was bad stay after a long day of hustle in the city.

Place isn’t good, the room size is too small and haven’t provided basic necessities( table, tv connection etc) room was not worth of 1500, it’s one of the worst hotel i have ever visited

I am writing to bring to your attention several issues with my room. Unfortunately, the room lacks proper ventilation, and the tv provided is extremely small. Additionally, i was only given one water bottle, and there are no basic amenities such as soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush available. Furthermore, when i requested chairs, the management informed me that they were not available. Other essential facilities like hot water and a kettle are also missing from the room. I hope you will take immediate action to address these concerns and provide a more comfortable and convenient stay.

The room was nice and clean but the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty, there were no toiletries. The staff was very good though. Overall the experience was good but they should provide the basic necessities like water in the room, toiletries and bathroom slippers

There is no restaurant, no service, no soap in bathroom, wash basin not working, no one came to clean the room. Absolutely bad

Room was good, but could use some more touch-up. The side tables were breaking and a piwer socket was not working

A perfect place for a weekend. We decided to take a short break and chose this hotel for our weekend retreat. It was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

I could not find a hotel in such name, i tried to contact but in-vain due to non response. I suffered very much in searching the hotel in heavy rain. This is one type of cheating & please refund my booking amount as soon as possible.
