horrible experience, staff behaviour was terrible except one or two, room quality below average, overpriced and overall I will not recommend it to any one. I booked for two days.. but they continuously asked from the first day onwards 'are you checking out today ? are you? ' and called for the same when I was working outside.. it's the worst hotel for staying

I have booked earlier executive room which nowhere mentioned as non-ac accommodation even in Make my trip site. Due to this I have to again book Super deluxe suit which is AC accommodation. This resulting monetary loss and mental harassment. Requesting, please look into these things and provide details properly in site.

Good service, the food was good, best location, staff service was also good, the room was clean as well.

Good stay. There are things which I liked and there are things which could have been done better. The things I liked the most about the room is the cleanliness of the room, no hair or stains on bedsheet , water heater, responsive staffs. Eateries are nearby from bakery to rice hotels. Transportation is easy to get, but location is far away from railway station or airport. There are things which I disliked is that they took photo of us (couples) stating police verification, which I found out to be odd as I stayed all over india in budget to guest houses to 5star hotels never found such requirement nor it was mentioned in hotels rules/policies. Rooms are not soundproof, they don't provide garbage bags in dustbin which I found to be unhygienic, had to request for soap and shampoos and water bottle but was provided upon requesting. If such basic amenities can be provided before a person enters the room it would make a good experience.

My overall experience was pleasant but there are some things that the management can work on. Some pros are hygiene, room was super clean and bedsheet had little to no stains or hair. You also get water heater. Staffs are cooperative and helpful. Hospitals and Rice hotels and many eatery are near by. Some cons are rooms are not soundproof, when entered soaps and shampoos and water were not there, had to call and inform to get the soap and shampoos and water. I believe if such amenities are provided before the person enters the room, experience would be wonderful. They don't provide garbage bags in dustbin. Railway Station and Airport can be a little far. What I found weird was that they took photo of us (couple) before providing the keys stating police verification when it was mentioned in the property rules that they allow unmarried couples. I have stayed in other hotels and B&B's and guest house all over India including Siliguri in other hotels, never faced this issue. For a one star hotel it has all the amenities.

Location is near north bengal medical collage did not dare order any food after seeing the menu do not have a proper chef at this moment

Hotel room was too congested without any proper ventilation making it difficult to even breathe in this heat, and had a dusty smell, probably haven't been opened for long.

Very nice and brand new hotel in a very cheap price. Staff are very good. Environment is peaceful. Market place is near. Darjeeling, kuseong, kalimpong, lataguri, gangtok all are easily accessible by rented car. Njp station is also easily accessible. Looking forward to come back again. Thank you.

Awesome service, the staff were very helpful and polite. Additionally, their restaurant, "hub of flavours" was also excellent. The room is also good and comfy
