Average hotel in room cleanliness, and close to the upcoming Metro station close to the market place of around half a kilometre

Very small Room and dirty wash room with bed sheets. bed smell is very bad. overall terrible experience.

The hotel is good and clean but their own rules are different from other hotels, so we have faced problems for room cancellation and family member addition. In complimentary breakfast they have not given much options.

Good location. Old room and stained bedsheets. The walls are in terrible condition. Do not book executive rooms as all rooms are same. Breakfast is less than average.

The rooms are good. Food is too good. Staffs are helpful. Tv was not working. Location is also safe.

Had a terrible stay at this hotel, we reached the hotel at 12.10 PM however they provided us room at around 1.00 PM. The room was also not the best, old stained sofa, broken cover of exhaust fan in the washroom, malfunctioned geyser, bended ceiling fan blades, no wardrobes to keep clothes, broken washroom lock which doesn’t work properly, nor the room door locks properly. On top of it extremely misbehaving hotel staff.

Room was good. Stay was comfortable but the only lack is food. Food was not good. And they don't allow outside food also.

Poor room quality, entire room loudly represents of unclean sheets, ac doesn’t work, staff at reception are definitely not customer centric and breakfast is pathetic with only 2 food options - cold and probably a day old noodles and bread. On a lighter note, they presented bananas as a main dish option too! loll )

I stayed at hotel mayfair tower from 4th to 6th october. I booked a deluxe room. Here are some info's one should know before booking: it was written that the room had a balcony, but to our surprise when we checked we saw its a really small room and had no balcony. 2. The mattress is the worst. The spring of the mattress are all out and you cant sleep properly. The spring protruding out of the mattress really hurts while you sleep on those. 3. They didn't do any room cleaning despite our 2 days stay at the property. When we complained about this they said we only do room cleaning around 2 p. M, and since we went out they couldn't do that. Firstly they didn't inform us before hand and secondly they do this purposely cause most of the guests are out during the mid hours of the day. Cheap way to save their cleaning cost. 4. The entire hotel is going through some work and it's very loud noises throughout the day. And since the rooms are not sound proof the outside construction noise is quite disturbing. Overall a terrible experience. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Very very poor service

Service very very poor. In morning i asked for tea but no one served that neither told anything. Hotel quality is also very poor. No toiletries provided

Evaryday breakfast has not available, and no more quality in breakfast, only 1 piece banana, 1 bread and single egg.

I booked their executive room but the room is inferior, size was small, food quality is average. During checkout they will ask you extra money in the name of that you damage either their towel or bedsheet which till date no other hotel ever charged without any valid reason.

Hotel staff were not cooperative. Room was not clean and so many mosquitoes were there and they didn't give mosquito coil. Washroom is so small can't even bath properly.
