Terrible Stay

I feel you seek discount of 5k per room for following reasons that too at such high price mr prateek incharge mary bud-den knows all these short comings. No shower at all on all days both rooms. Fire place one room working with lot of smoke all days. Hot water supplies in buckets was pathetic a d disturbing the room privacy. That too when they jump the price from 23k to 30 k food selection we had to push many times as though food quality reasonably good. They all tried best whatever they had resources. I feel they are not equipped well. Even light was shut down once due to short of solar provision not suitable to cold. There is no light connection as such all works on solar no back up generator at all. We do understand these as resort is in remote place. Another resort the kumao was superb well equipped. That means they cooks provide this. The management is by jaisalmer group looks short of willingness but asking v high price

However, i am super glad that our team adhered to your requests for anniversary cake, decoration and garlands of flowers & early breakfast on your check in day, not to forget our chef who personally catered to your dietary requirements on top priority.
