Quite and peaceful location right besides aguada fort. Loved the styling and decor, The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Every meal felt like a special treat. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The rooms were where it hits you, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Waking up surrounded by nature was the cherry on top. A perfect getaway with heartfelt hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at a beautiful 6BHK bungalow-style homestay in Goa and booked just one room — and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The ambience of the place was so calm and welcoming that we didn’t even feel like stepping out! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully done. But what truly made the stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They made sure we felt completely at home and were always available for anything we needed. This place is perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful environment, away from the usual crowd. Food was awesome and property was like vintage jungle feel soon nice and calm place everyone must try once. ...beach is near by shops are near by

Excellent and comfortable stay in one of the most cosy heritage property of north goa. The staff is just amazing and the room was mind blowing. Would recommend to stay atleast 2 nights to absorb the beauty of the place. Surely will come again soon to stay more days in marbella guest house.

One of the best guest houses i have ever stayed in. Just before everything else, big appreciation for the staff and specially the manager sajjan. He was very co-operative and didn't say no to almost anything. And the property in itself is so beautiful and calm you wouldn't want to move out only. Highly recommended for bachelors or families. Would definitely stay at the same place again. That's about it

This little portuguese mansion tucked away in a small street near fort aguada turned out to be one of the nicest stays in goa in recent years. Beautiful location, close to the beach and yet silent and peaceful, it has a lovely trail that takes you up to the top of the hill and offers amazing views of the sea at sunset. Clean rooms and well cooked food made by their in-house cook ashok and served by pas-coal or nandi make this place an ideal for a short or long stay in goa. Well looked after by sajjan and great cleanliness by sunita, this is as close to a home stay as you can get. Finally it's totally vfm.

The staff is so friendly, if you are visiting goa for the first time the maneger will help you with the list of places to visit and the food is amazing. Every room got different interior and experience it's just amazing

Good location. Great host. Home like food. Great place for a hike to devil's finger which is a 20 minute hike away.

Food is really good. It's fresh and made from scratch. Really tasty and not kept cooked as a disappear. Hygiene is world class. There's alot of safety at the property. Only issue is that they have too many dogs at the entrance which do not do anything to you but if you're not a dog person then you will feel uncomfortable.

Lizards all over the place, ants get into beds

The stay was amazing, actual value for money. Impressed with the hospitality. Delicious and hot food whenever you want.

Me and my wide stayed for 2 days, great food, spacious and well kept room, helpful staff. Only problem was only one charging point in room and very less but artistic lighting. Overall great stay 👍👍
