The stay was awesome and place is good and silent and calm and just 50 meters from the beach. The only issue is that it has solar water heater which was a problem for us since we went during monsoon season. The property location was excellent. Just 50mts to the beach. Very good and white sand beach, not crowded. The room were excellent quiet big one, well maintained. Quiet surroundings good place to relax. The caretaker was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall awesome experience. ,

Roy chetan and his family took the extra steps to ensure that we were comfortable right from the check in to check out. The room was spacious with all the amenities provided. Breakfast was extravagant. Relished the typical keralite food in a garden setting. A total hassle free stay at arthunkal. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway near the beach.

The stay was very good, the host was extremely friendly. The rooms were really good and hygienic. Beach is just a minute away as well as the arthukkal church. Will definitely visit the home stay again in the future!

Awesome experience at this resort. One of the best resort near arthunkal. Very close to arthunkal beach. Calm and quiet place. Friendly caretaker, tasty food. Best option for family's and couples. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Sunset at the beach is an unmemorable experience.

We had an incredible stay here! The host was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was perfect – close to the beach and Arthungal church. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for local activities.
