Review Of Mango Retreat

There was no proper drainage system as water was not flowing in washrooms. And no welcome drink. Door 🚪 was not closing properly in Room no. 209. Need to push it very hard to get it get closed. Very less Quality in food ( Specially Rice ).

I stayed at Mango Retreat, Bhopal, and the experience was quite disappointing. There was no warm water in the bathroom despite several requests to the staff. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and basic hygiene seemed to be ignored. The breakfast quality was below average, and surprisingly, one-day-old boiled eggs were served. Service was also quite slow, and it appeared that the hotel was understaffed. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and food quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future guests.
