While doing the booking we opted dinner and breakfast and when we went to the hotel, staff said your dinner meal is limited to one Indian Thali and food was very limited. Also some bed bugs were also found on bed.

No proper management. Room initially recd 203. No window. Commode hand shower broken. No cup, saucer, glass, spoon, toiletries very limited. Slipper only one. Towels are very old. Discoloured. No mosquito repellent. Bad smell. Water bottle i had to request. Changed room 201 on chargeable basis again 1200 extra. Tea bags etc served. Breakfast most ordinary, poha, bada sambar, puri sabji, untasted bread. No egg, no fruits, no juice. During check out we had to carry our heavy luggage’s from a height of 10/15 stairs. No lift up to basement. Calling to number 9 at that point none available to guide. Over all rating should be 2, after paying 6600 for two days, service not up to the mark.

The hotel is very disgusting and worst. All the staff members are very lazy. Staff behaviour to the customers is very rude. Toiletries are very cheap quality they are providing. They are not cleaning the rooms even i told them they are not cleaning. The bed sheets linen is also very dirty. And the worst thing the door is not locking at all without a key the door is opening and all. I informed to the manager but they didn’t fix it. Night time there is sounds coming upside the washroom its may be rats or something. In my experience this hotel is very bad hotel. I give 0 star to this hotel
