Stay at Safal retreat was aswesome. Location is wonderful.. Just 900 mtrs from Van vihar. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Food is also very good. We had ordered something for our son with instruction of less Spicy.. It was cooked so perfect that he finished it. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely visit again.

Bed sheets were stained and they made us sit to check room after we checked out that was so embarrassing...

The property is big and clean. Very nice rooms. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and was delicious. Smiling and positive staff - this is always an add on treat. Keep up the services and cleanliness. Quiet location in the centre of the city, good to be away from the noise.

The hotel itself is nice, but the service was disappointing. I was asked about my checkout timing at early morning , and their official checkout is unreasonably early at 10 AM. Just 10 minutes later, they followed up about breakfast, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Despite multiple stays, I was never allowed to use the swimming pool as it was always booked for other parties. Not recommended for corporate bookings due to poor service and lack of guest consideration.

Property was good in food and beverage has less options I went to restaurant for breakfast no one was there I feel bad

We really had a good stay with good food served right at our room, we even discussed staying here everytime we visit Bhopal but just then at the time of check out we were asked to pay a penalty for damage, damage being stained linen. I am bothering to write a review cuz I would like to point out that nowhere during the booking process, confirmation email, check-in, or in-room information was any such policy regarding charges for linen stains disclosed to us. Secondly, the staff member who informed us of this supposed charge could have been aware of the matter since the afternoon when the room was cleaned but chose to bring it up only at the time of our check-out, when we were already in a hurry to leave for the airport. Most importantly this was done in the presence of other staff, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing. Such sensitive matters should be communicated discreetly and with due respect. Lastly, the proof shown to us was insufficient to link the alleged stain specifically to our room. A picture of a bedsheet could belong to any room, and there seemed to be an assumption made based on the observation of a disposed sanitary napkin. If that is indeed the basis for the claim, it is entirely speculative and raises serious concerns about the objectivity of your housekeeping staff. I completely understand that there could be a policy for this and damage charges could be levied, but charge equivalent to a days room rent and that too for a biological stain was a bit too unrealistic. The staff reasoned it out saying that it was equivalent to the item to which I caused the damage, again a baseless statement

Amazing Food and clear room with nice swimming away from dine in area , the nature vibe near pool is outstanding......... Ankita hosted very nicely and was kind and polite .

The property is beautiful and well maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic ambiance. However, the food is overpriced, and the staff could be more courteous. A great place for a short stay if service isn’t your top priority.

I recently stayed at the hotel safal retreat and overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, i did face some issues with the food service, as it was slower than expected. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit inattentive and didn’t always listen to our requests. While i enjoyed my stay, i hope they can improve on these aspects for a better experience in the future.
