Poor Stay
While property is located at a convenient place, there is hardly any maintenance of the rooms and washrooms. Check In staff was friendly but the hotel has very little staff to cater to the needs of the guests. Window AC's need upgradation, hand showers in the washrooms hardly work, bathroom doors were jammed and do not close. This property is fit for one night pit stop if you are travelling past Bhopal, long stays not recommended.

Terrible Stay
It was a very bad experience, window glass was broken, AC was also not working, our breakfast was included in f booking yet we were charged separately, service was very bad

Property was good and location was nearby Lalghati and station so it was good stay at Neena palace room service and staff behaviour was good

very pleasant stay
A clean and quiet place with good service. Check-in was fast, and the room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and basic amenities in working order

Excellent Stay
This property truly exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was spacious, airy, and had ample natural light. I loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff helped arrange a cab and gave useful local tips. The in-room tea/coffee setup was a nice touch.

The room was bright, clean, and had all the essentials. The hotel staff were very polite and even arranged a cab for my early morning departure. Definitely a reliable place to stay.

Poor Stay
Rooms were not hygienic at all. They converted 2bhk apartments into hotel rooms where kitchen was filled with dead Pigeon and incomplete civil work. Room ac was also was out for half of the stay citing switchboard issue. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Worst Hotel of Bhopal
Worst hotel. Rude staff. Worst service. यहाँ के स्टाफ़ से ज़्यादा बोलोगे तो वो आपसे बदतमीज़ी कर सकता है.. कोई service नहीं देता.. खाना order करोगे तो आधा खाना एक घंटे में लाएगा और आधा खाना उसके एक घंटे बाद लाएगा तब तक पहले वाला खाना ठंडा हो चुका होगा.. यहाँ का स्टाफ़ भूल जाता है कि आपने कुछ बोला है या कुछ order किया है.. इनका पाँच मिनट दो घंटे का होता है.. कभी मत बुक करना.. फिर भी अगर आपमें चुल है बुक करके आज़मा लो..

Average Stay
stay was ok, I had breakfast included in the stay but hotel charged me extra for breakfast saying that we only serve 1 paratha in breakfast, if you want more you have to pay for it , so by this way they charge for breakfast and tea. also the chef was not available, so brought the food from outside and overly charged for all . so better to just book the stay not any meal with this hotel

The worst stay ever
It is the worst property. mattress was in the bad condition. Everything including pillows bedsheets were dirty. The whole night loud music was on and I couldn’t sleep the whole night after multiple complaints.
