Stay was terrible. there is no hygiene in rooms. rooms are very old. The staff are not cooperative. No one is listening to customer.

What a horrible stay at this hotel. Food low grade, maintenance of room low grade. Food omg ghost. Overall very filthy experience. I can’t type more than that. Just avoid to book hotel like this by just looking at Pictures at site.

no hot water, no proper service, so many mosquitoes, they didn't even have given other amenities properly like towel, toothpaste etc .

I had booked a super deluxe room and when i was given the room, the door didn't lock. When i asked about this they just insisted i leave it open and go it'll be fine. After much insistence from my side, they changed my room, however i was downgraded to a normal deluxe room and it was really unhygienic and i killed like 6 cockroaches and little insects in the room. Hotel looks good from the inside, but needs much much more improved maintenance.

The hotel is listed as 3 stars but it is not even 1 star. They don't even give a complementary water bottle. Doors were not closing properly. Even the handles of the washroom and main gate were not working. The washroom door was not even closing. It was an overall very poor experience I had. my room was upgraded to super deluxe and provided the list of amenities, when enquired about the upgraded room, they told me that the room given by them is the one which they can provide which was a simple deluxe room. absolutely pathetic. their staff on reception don't even bother to respond if we ask something. this might be an option for those who want to stay absolutely close to station and not otherwise

it waa nice experience. the staffs was very polite. 24 hrs service. recommended. the room was cleaned.

The accommodation provided was satisfactory, with attentive and courteous hotel personnel. While there are some areas for potential enhancement, overall, the experience was positive and enjoyable.

Even though it is very near to bhopal junction railway station, the hotel management seems very pathetic. They will be charging very high for everything and anything, even they were not providing complementary water bottle as promised in make my trip. People at reception were like gundaas. This hotel won't be suitable for family as well as business travelers. Breakfast was included in my package but was not worthy like in mostly all 3 star hotels. They were serving low budget foods against what was charged. This type of hotels will obviously affect the confidence towards make my trip.

It is not fortune group hotel but just copied the name. Room was good but room facilities and restaurant was not good at all.
