All the services are within 100 meters. Staff is helpful. Some rooms have problem of noise as they are connected to kitchen. But otherwise rooms are spacious. The pictures given are matching with room but with darker furniture.

I enjoy with window room and good service.

Location is good. Food is average but lot of cockroaches in room.

First of all the location, it shows on the Google map isn't the right location. So it took me a lot of time to find it. The mattress was in bad condition. Laundry service is really poor. Unwashed bed sheets. I not properly washed washroom. I got to complain about these like around 3 times. And they didn't much react towards it. And at the time of checkout. The hotel asked for extra money. And didn't let me checkout. Until I had a serious fight with them. And showed them the payment voucher. They weren't accepting the voucher provided by MakeMyTrip. Worst experience ever. Not suggest for any stays.

Staff is not supportive they do not understand problems of guest

It was a fine stay. Very neat and clean ambience.

No coordination between staff. Room was not clean even after complaint. It was done after complaining in MMT hotline.

No coordination between hotel staff. Room was not cleaned even after complaint. Dinner plates were kept in the hotel for 24 hours. Room stinks. I booked a room with complimentary breakfast but initially, I was told that I have to pay for it.

Room was clean. Service was quick. Loved it.
