Average Stay
The hotel stay was okayish. The exterior of the hotel was good and the lobby was good, but the room size was way to small with no walking space. The pictures of the hotel rooms do not reflect the actual size as that is way to small and congested. The food from the restraunt was fine.

Excellent Stay
Initially, I felt that the room was small and the AC wasn't working but then the hotel staff was really courteous and immediately made arrangements and shifted us to another room which was better and spacious. hotel staff was really prompt in adressing any concerns, the hotel was well maintained and clean. We had a driver accompanying us and hotel staff made arrangements for his stay too for the night complementary. The location is superb and well connected with lots of grocery and medical stores nearby. ICH, Sagar Gaire are nearby. Keep up the good work, would visit again for sure 😊

Excellent hotel with good location, neat & clean. Staff is very friendly with prompt service. Food was just like home cooked. If i am in bhopal i will be staying again.

Poor Stay
Actual hotel price is less then mmt. They issued standerd room in the name of executive room with executive room price. Toilet is smelling and when i told them they assure to do the needfull but do nothing.
