Good Stay
The staff and reception guys were pretty helpful throughout our stay. Maybe the guest policy can be a little better, we expect them to allow 1-2 guests for a few hours specially when they are not staying overnight but park hotel charges 500 per guest.

The room was not good, people are not cooperating and complimentary breakfast is very bad which i paid 400 rupees extra

Early check in and late check out in not provided by hotel. Hotel person se puchhne per kaha gaya 12pm check out time hai. 1-2 hours late check out karenge to late check out charge hoga, fir mmt dwara early check in and late check out available kya matlab?

I had booked a premier ac room was allocated a non ac room. Paid 2474 (breakfast included) was initially allocated a 900 non ac room. Night manager than upgraded to ac room,
