the property location is excellent. The restaurant food is also very delicious. but the wine shop near the entrance would be concerning for someone. the receptionist's behaviour is good as well as other staff.

Service was good but staff was not supportive, location is near by Railway station, and most worst thing is Breakfast maximum thing you will want to eat is just payable only 2-3 option is available. I asked staff to give one glass water, he replied, pickup from there, worst brekfast i have taken.

The hotel was very nice. Got the same room which was shown as images. cleaning was perfect and hotel staff was really nice and friendly.

room is very clean laundry services and beware staff are excellent hey here if there planning for Bhopal

The hotel’s location near the railway station made the surroundings quite unhygienic, with poor waste management and a constant presence of flies, even inside the room. The bedsheets were stained and unclean, and even after requesting a change, the replacement was in the same condition. While the staff was responsive, their efforts didn’t improve the situation much. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Rooms are excellent ,out side the hotel it is very dirty and drainage area near upto 500m,and food is very expensive,overall it's very good

It was a horrible experience. I can’t even explain the food was really really really very bad disgusting. The rooms are very dirty. Dusty shower was also not in working condition. Staffs behaviour is very annoying. There was no air condition in the cafeteria.
