Terrible Stay

Worst thing worst when I arrived at 12 pm my room was not even available. they took 30 min to clean the room and after that they gave me a room where AC is not even working. When I asked them about the AC they said it is yet to be repaired not discount have been offered to me for this issue not even a sorry

Serious Complaint Regarding Hotel Stay

Dear @Make my Trip, I am writing to formally raise a complaint about my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable due to the following reasons: 1. Air Conditioning Not Working: The AC in our room was completely non-functional, making it unbearable to stay indoors, especially with children and elderly family members. 2. Toilet Flush Not Working: The toilet flush was not working at all, which is a basic necessity and a serious hygiene concern. 3. Unhygienic Conditions: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor and unhygienic. 4. Disturbance from Other Guests: Tenants in a nearby room were openly smoking and drinking alcohol, which made the environment unsuitable and unsafe for families. 5. Unsuitable for Families: We were a group of 7 family members, including a small child, and due to the above issues, it was not possible to stay in the room. We were forced to sit downstairs for a significant period of time. IThis experience caused a great deal of distress to my family and me, and I strongly advise others not to book rooms at this hotel until these issues are addressed. I request an immediate response, a formal apology, and a full refund for the booking. Sincerely, Paresh Ranjan Nayak
