The staff was quite courteous. The restaurant service was good. Mainly, the location of the hotel is the most appreciable.

Excellent location. L was given an old & ill-maintained room on 3rd floor although they have better rooms also. Toilet was stinking. Felt difficulty in breathing while inside the room. No arrangement of hot water or tea kettle in room. Breakfast was tasty & ok with sattu-paratha as their favorite item. I think they provide worse rooms to customers.

Hotel is good prompt and good services room - looks like budget lodge room. Room size - big in size than other bathroom - very old, no exushst fan, room supply - good food - good tasty and res-enable price. Staff behavior- very good location - good

Except for non-availability of an exhaust fan in bathroom, I stayed in super deluxe room, by the way- everything else was ok for a economy business traveller in Ranchi.

They did not give us 24 hours check. Out as given to other regular non MMT customers, bed linen gave me allergy, WiFi never signed in. Staff cooperative, room. Service was average overall below average compared to fee MMT charged.

Stay was average as the traffif charged and the facilities given is more as compared to other hotels in Ranchi. As compared to this Hotel; Hotel green acres is much better and has more value for money.

Good hotel in a good location with excellent service. The food is so good with dining rooms. We stayed here for 1days and the service of the hotel staff is appriciable. All facilities are available with modern facilities. In one word excellent stay.

Hotel ambience is good, rooms are well cleaned and well maintained, staff are well mannered and punctual and good complementary breakfast. The hotel is well connected to railway station and market areas. You can walk to Filial Chowk - market well known for shopping and eateries.

The ambiance is good, the staff is very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. The TV did not work though. And the food is bad. They take too long to get the food even when you ate dining in the restaurant. Breakfast took half an hour, lunch/dinner also take lots of time. But the food is tasteless and would recommend to have it elsewhere.
