Property stay was good the room was clean and add all basic amenities like hair dryer, hot water and also calungate beach is nearby so overall value for money and will recommend for stay if travelling in a budget

Mahalakshimi Residency is great for staying. Callangut and Baga Beach is close to Care Taker Gajendra Saha is a nice man's just want to Balcony All the rest is all right from Main Road

Unprofessional and Rude staff. Not recomm

The manager of this property is terribly bad. He doesn't know any skills of how to serve the guests. He argues a lot and will spoil your vacation. I wouldn't recommend this property. Totally unprofessional staff.

Mahalakshmi residency north goa

We are a couple and ours is a 7 day trip to goa. Mahalakshmi residency is a very comfortable and secure place to stay for a couple at an affordable price. Rooms are of enough space, neat and clean with a small wardrobe. Attached bathroom with hot water facility. Parking is provided for both four and two wheelers. It is a two floor building with a parking cellar and ac rooms on the first and non- ac rooms on the second floor. Lift and swimming pools are not present in this building. It is also near the mainroad, calangute beach. Jitendra kumar ji, receptionist is a good person and helped us a lot with information during our stay. Over all it is budget friendly property for a couple in north goa.

Very old property, bathrooms not clean, staff is not co operative. No amenities available. Ac not working most of the time.

Hello to clarify a few points , our property is 3 years old and is maintained regularly . Staff cannot be cooperative over any vague requests which are against our property rules . Best at the price

The house has some constraint rule, but those rule make the good part of this place. No where in calangute can you find such well maintained rooms at this price point

We stayed at this hotel for almost four days and i must say that the hotel is indeed very good. Room was really spacious and clean. Washroom was neat and clean. Caretaker behaviour is very admirable with prompt action to our requests, be it room cleaning or food or early checkin or extension of stay or bike service. The stay is a almost a hundred meters to the main road and all beaches are an easy reach.
