Makemytrip is best

location good. room service very bad. hotel room quality is very poor. only swimming pool is good. Pl don't go to hotel with family trip. very bad experience.

Worst service quality,rooms are so worst,no cleaning staff and no room service.Swimming pool is so muddy

WORST STAYING EVER .. rooms are not well maintained. Washroom not properly cleaned.. Ac is not working .. The hotel is under construction, which was not known , also from the hotel we were not aware for the construction. But Somehow the Staff are good , they cooperate a lot.. They have no proper parking .

It was okay.. the rooms were a bit dirty and the service was slow and the lighting was weird.. washrooms couldve been cleaner, the walls were stained

The room and service were very nice. There could be improvement for car parking.

The stay was good, good hotel staff and value for money.

I stayed in the property for 3 nights. Location of the hotel and staff behaviour was good. Breakfast was choice of Dosa/Puri-sabji/ Bread toast/ Bread butter only ( any one). Pool was Ok but rooms were a bit dirty. Due to ongoing renovation work dusts kept falling on the belcony. Big minus of the property was No geyser or lift.

Good location. Basic room facilities like electric kettle, tea bags, geyser were not there. Pool is ok. Behaviour of staff is nice.

pathetic experience. The hotel is under renovation. No geyser in the bathroom. No DG back up. I have to go out early in the morning . Managed everything through a mobile torch light . No basic amenities. Room cleanliness is the worst. Do not waste your money. For every query the answer is sorry this hotel is under renovation. Why is still taking advance booking not sure. One of the worst experiences of life. This hotel does not deserve even 500 Rs per night.

The liking about this hotel is for the below two reason the position of the hotel is very near to station, in 190 mt away there is a very fine beach. But the quality of the room, service needs to be improve.

Nice stay. Everything was okay, a normal stay. The hotel doesn't have a geyser, but they provide hot water, so it's fine. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach

Very poor service. Geyser not there. Doesn't give hot water at time. Tap water also goes off. Rooms are not clean. Hotel is under renovation which is not mentioned anywhere and so very overpriced

Apart from food, all other facilities were poor and unprofessional hospitality. Details are as follows: 1. Food was good and reasonable. 2. Rooms were spacious but dirty. No balcony for drying cloth. 3. There were no hot water flow through tap. Always need to call room service for hot water. 4. Not even provided a bottle of mineral water. They served aqua guard water for drinking in used bottle. No care on oral hygine of customer. 5. Always experienced smell of alcohol and smoke from rooms 6. Location wise this hotel located close to puri station. Just 5-7 mins from station by vehicle. 7. There was no lift in this hotel. So difficult for aged to move to higher floors. 8. Lack of amenities in rooms like soap, shampoo, mineral water, glasses, electric kettle etc. Overall i lost my face in front of my people due to unprofessional facilities and sercices of this hotel. Hence i don't recommended any one this hoyel.

I was not able travel due to family emergency. I called hotel 6 hr to change dates. They asked me call later and told nothing can be done. I booked for 2 days. They could have given some empathy. I never experienced this kind of rude behavior

Its good. But no lift. They have to put some effort in washroom it is too old. View is good. Overall ok

Hotel condition was pathetic. No cleanliness. Hotel is not even providing complementary water bottle. No tooth brush or any tea or coffees material. Even for breakfast there is only 3 items. No lift in the hotel. Was very unpleasant experience. In ac deluxe room also painting was done long back, paints were coming out from walls. Makemytrip also owns some responsibility. We as a customer trust makemytrip but felt bad when we get such kind of service.
