Room condition was worst, no hot water supply

Even they did-int provide the basic necesseties. The toilet even dont have a health faucet. Very much disappointed

Room smells like public toilet, beds and pillows where very strong as rock, until l night 2'o clock their workers will do some table arrangements in top floor because they using that place as mini mahal so night funtions and dinner will be served and make terrible noise, it is better to lay-down in bus stand stone bench instead of booking room in this residency, my total tour program is spoiled because of this worst residency. Waste of money. Morning 7'o clock a tea boy will come and press room calling bell, until l we open the door he will not quit pressing that calling bell switch,

I paid extra for hot water, and the nice attitude of the staff was a good spot, the rooms were little stinky

Super hotel, awesome staff, room super clean, car parking is awsome, its near kodaikanal lake

Location is ok. No attendant is available, no hot water is there in hotel. Food, eat and snacks also not available. No slipper, soap and tooth paste as well brush was there in hotel.

I lost my money and suffered alot. Definitely mm t suggestions are so wrong.

Resort heater is not working they said heater will be switched by morning 2hours only. Kettle is not clean. Parking is horrible. Had a power problem. Not organised.

Within 2 kilometres from bus stand, room was okay. Cleaning and service could be better and hot water was not coming properly

I have booked 2 rooms with my family, it was nice and comfortable stay in madhu grand, only thing's that they only one room we got hot water, for other room they asked extra 300 for hot water which useless. Hope mm t team will take care this issue

Very bad experience no body in reception after 10 pm for any assistance no power supply backup in power failure. Morning 2. 30 am no body to receive key @ check out water heating kettle was not working

We are not content with this hotel, it was a bad experience for us. Rooms not clen, no windows in the rooms and views, they are not care about customers, watter will not get on time and also i have to notfi some find things if we call reception they are responding immediately

Stay is good. But room smells like wet walls. For service everything need to be asked like for water, towel and food.

Enjoyed the stay with my family, good house keeping, rooms are clean and neat, wonderful support from hotel management
