Bad service, but good facilities

businessLocation, food, amenities were excellent, but the services need a revamp. E. Even though we were to check in at 12. 00 pm noon, we arrived at 5. 30 pm in the evening, but the hotel room wasn't prepared before we reached there, seemed like the toilet seat of the latrine wasn't cleaned for ages when went to use it.
