The stay was good and the room was very spacious and bathroom was neat and clean and had a bath tub which was unexpected at this price. Blanket was not provided but bath towel and soap was there and reception people were very nice.

The hotel is centrally located near the ST bus stop. Checkin time of 24 hrs from the actual time is really good. Though there is no food provision ( as in most of the hotels in Chengannur), there are other eateries nearby with a facility for Swiggy. Hospitality was excellent. Rooms are large and spacious. The AC really was cool. Walking distance from the railway station too.

The staff are good and supportive. Polite in communication and room was clean, though it looks old style. there is no hot water (in non AC rooms) to bath, no drinking water, no bed sheets, no bath towel. Got bed sheets, drinking water after asking at reception. Room is very close to KSRTC bus stand.

This hotel is suitable for pilgrimage and short stay purposes. The rooms are clean and decent, though the bathroom facilities could be improved (not too bad either). One should not expect room service like in other commercial hotels — it’s better to be prepared for a simple stay. The rooms do not have phones connected to reception or service, so for any assistance you need to go downstairs and ask. On the positive side, the staff are cooperative and helpful. Overall, it’s an average option for a pilgrimage stay.
