Room is neat and cosy. Bathroom is a little smelly

Poor food. The location is good. No hot water. No room service. Restaurant was pathetic and the food tasted very pathetic. No consideration about room guests. They are happy with local drunkers and serve them only

Bathroon shower was not working properly ,room service was not available cleaniness not avarage , shampoo n conditioner was expired

When i book the room , room amenities have bathtub, but when the assigned room have no bathtub i want my refund , because i have traveled 30 km from my destination for the available of bathtub

Rooms and facilities very good. But service very poor. They are expecting only bar revanue. Restaurant not working in normal hours

location of the hotel is some what a problem for the visitors visit first time in the city ...else everything is fantastic I loved it.

Its ok. But the hotel staff not good at all. Good stay. And i dont like staff behaviour

I booked at 10. 30pm, when i went in person i was not allowed in until 11. 45am, there was no one in the reception hall, even after showing my booking receipt to the guard there, he spoke to me like a beggar. I don't want to book like this anymore. .

Newly done well kept property, though short staffed post covid
