Good staff food and cleaning is good

1) I had book luxury suit, their blancket cover found damage 2) continue 3 day faced utility water issue 3) Took more then one hour to provide shaving kit and TV remote 4) lot of garbage in balcony 5) Room landline not working 6) No ulternate source for water, waited around one hour for utility water and delayed in mrrting

House keeping not good, always need to ask them for this. Breakfast not good. Room and staff was quit good.

Location was incorrect

Perfect location right in the heart of gurgaon. Beautifully done spacious suites. Courteous staff to manage the property. Icing on the cake was the management interacting with the guests, seeking feedback for improvements if any.
