Very very rude behaviour of hotel Receptionist Staff

Nice was stay in the hotel, service was Good, room was neat and clean. food was quality was good....

The property was bare minimum. No towels No water bottles The receptionist was frustrated or what but he was somewhat rude !!

Unfortunately, my experience at the property was disappointing and fell short of expectations, especially considering the details provided at the time of booking. Upon arrival, I was given a room where several basic amenities were non-functional. The room phone and the doorbell were not working, and there was no hot water throughout my stay despite reporting it multiple times. Additionally, essential toiletries like body wash were missing. While the listing clearly mentioned that ironing facilities were available in the room, I had to make multiple requests and wait until late evening to receive an iron box. Service: The service was consistently below par. Despite raising concerns repeatedly, no staff member was sent to address the issues in the room. There was a noticeable lack of responsiveness and urgency in handling guest requests. Food: Breakfast service was another area of concern. Although breakfast was stated to begin at 8:00 AM, I had to wait until at least 8:30 AM each day as preparations hadn’t even started by the time. Overall: The property did not deliver on many of the promises made during booking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, especially in terms of service quality and maintaining basic in-room amenities.

A nice accommodation close to the Star mall& tower. The front office is responsive. BF lake in variety as per cost charged. No separate room service contact. Attending staff are good but lack in attitude. Comfortable for a short stay.

One of the cleanest and Hygiene Rooms in Sector 29. I recommend to Book Stay in Limewood Stay to others. Also Staff was really humble. Whole Hospitility was Good. Thank You

The property is very good in front of the main road limewood hotel is very good hygiene staff is very polite.

The stay was terrible because the rooms were not clean at all. We had to wait 35 mins for the staff to clean the room and even then it was dirty. On arrival at property, we were not give the room we had booked and the front desk person asked us to cancel and head to some other property which was highly inconvenient. The next day, we were informed that the kitchen wasn’t functional so we had to order our own food and every time we had to go to the reception to get it. The staff is really uncooperative and even rude.

very good and supportive staff, very clean and hygienic rooms , ac properly working, blanket, bed sheet, pillows are very clean and hygienic, also location was fabulous and reachable, it feels like home, food was also tasty 🤤, wifi, electricity backup also available on time
