Unfortunately, my experience at the property was disappointing and fell short of expectations, especially considering the details provided at the time of booking.
Upon arrival, I was given a room where several basic amenities were non-functional. The room phone and the doorbell were not working, and there was no hot water throughout my stay despite reporting it multiple times. Additionally, essential toiletries like body wash were missing. While the listing clearly mentioned that ironing facilities were available in the room, I had to make multiple requests and wait until late evening to receive an iron box.
Service:
The service was consistently below par. Despite raising concerns repeatedly, no staff member was sent to address the issues in the room. There was a noticeable lack of responsiveness and urgency in handling guest requests.
Food:
Breakfast service was another area of concern. Although breakfast was stated to begin at 8:00 AM, I had to wait until at least 8:30 AM each day as preparations hadn’t even started by the time.
Overall:
The property did not deliver on many of the promises made during booking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, especially in terms of service quality and maintaining basic in-room amenities.
