Finding location was worst experience. Was hard to find the property even after reaching the location and hotel help desk person did not offer much help even after calling him multiple times.

Property was not good as expected. It was stinky, hot room even AC wasn’t working properly. Washroom was dirty and it wasn’t feeling safe over there

Please please please do not stay at this hotel. This is arguably the worst hotel stay experience I have ever had. Dirt and garbage bag at the entrance The water flow from shower in nothing but a trickle. And when you complain, the boy (contract staff who has no knowledge of hospitality whatsoever) tells you with a straight face “ yes.. thats a problem on 4th fl. We will shift you to 3rd fl tom”. And the next day, its the same story on 3rd fl. Whats worse, no handwash or body wash liquid in the dispensers. Absolutely empty both. Can you believe it? When you complain at 7pm after checking in, the answer is.. “ kal kar denge sir. Abhi ladka nahi hain”!!!!!! Now breakfast!!! You order bread omelette. And you are greeted with paratha and half cooked pasta!!! Can you beat it? When you shout at them in utter frustration, pat comes the reply. “ Thats what we have in complimentary breakfast”. Continuing on food, ordered tawa roti and egg bhurji on 1st night. Bhurji was half burnt and excessive salt. Complain and reply comes.. kaal wala thik kad denge. As if you are bound to order egg bhurji next night by default!!!

I am a frequent traveller visited this hotel with family in transit from jaipur to my home town . this is not a hotel but seems like a boys hostel. there is no board for the said hotel outside building , when we enquired I was told it's residential area so cannot put name banner. the reception area , rooms are so bad , smelly rooms broken furniture , stained pillow / bed sheets . above all had booked suerior room with balcony. No water , no toiletries , not even fresh towels provided . above all it shows 4.3 rating on MMT . STRICTLYNOT RECOMMENDED
