I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The pictures shown online are completely misleading — the actual condition of the rooms is pathetic and unhygienic. I had requested an early check-in and was charged 80% extra of the total booking amount just for 3 additional hours, which is totally unreasonable. When I mentioned that I would check out early due to the poor experience, the staff started shouting at me instead of resolving the issue professionally. Overall, it was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I’ve also taken pictures as proof — I strongly suggest others not to book this place!

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options.

Pathetic level of cleanliness. Ineffective air conditioning. Power cuts are for sure in the middle of the night. Unprofessional staff. It looked like the Decent Hotel in Jab We Met movie.

The place where I went to stay along with my Wife and Son was a prostitution center by looks....When we went there there were two rowdy persons inside the so called Air Bnb and they took us deep inside a building with no light and even there were no door locks. Somehow we managed to come out on the road by forcing them physically and went to the nearby street to save us from those horrible people. To save ourselves we just ran away from there. Now since we are been harrassed so badly by MMT we will take a stern action against you specifically for fooling customers like us and then endangering our Lives. I have lost the Hotel charges and all the taxi and can charges due to your fraud and fake listing of all these cheat centers as lodges.... I will be lodging a huge complaint against you MMT in the consumer forum and central ministry too to take the hardest and strictest punishment to you along with a Huge Amount of compensation.
