Manager was very unprofessional my room was nit ready i had to wait for an hour for keys i extended my stay conveyed that to the manager but still he booked other guests and my belongings were kept outside and then he asked me to pay for that day also very disappointed

Manager is do unprofressional abd created confusion regarding my stay when i reached nobody was there i kept waiting and room was not ready and clean and i extented my stay even then they booked the room to other guests and took my luggage out of room very unprofessional behaviour highly disappointed
