The rooms are not well maintained and the plug points are in very bad condition which gives shock while touching. The internet connection and signal is very poor.

Poor ... Overcharging and overrated.... Rooms were not that good... Many other things as well

Beds need to be little comfort and cozy. Have to clean the balcony it is looking so dirty. On sundays market noise is too much and on other days pub noise is also disturbing to some extent. The positive is near to all main places in pondicherry

Worst hotel, I stayed for one night I accidentally left my ipad in the morning at the time of check out and I came back just after 2 hrs, at the time of cleaning the person named prabha found it and hid it in back side of the locker which was inside the locker. He should have submitted in the reception but he didn’t. The first time I went for checking it the ipad was not there. I have to give them police threats after that they became a little soft then I have to locate my device through find my device the second time. Highly not recommend to anyone. They are cheaters and frauds whole team.

No food ,no location,no connectivity of road,no parking

All bathroom taps were loose and not in good condition. There was huge difficulty in operating them.

The property is clean and close to all sightseeing places. The staff is polite. Check-in and out are quick. Worth the money.

We have seen the images of the room and booked but it’s different there. No cleanliness the doors are very old for the washrooms. We don’t know whether it’s scam or what!!! While we’re going out The room door was locked unfortunately we forgot the key inside the room so they had allotted another room which is used by another ppl and they took 3-4hrs to remove the lock set totally. There is a spare key with that key also the door was not opening. At the end there is no lock set for the door we spent 2 days without locking the doors. We have paid extra 3k while checkout because of the room door lock set. There are another group with the same issue while they are asking us to pay mny for this issue.

Well maintained with all amenities and like the direct stick, pay per use snacks inside room and well clean bathroom

Location in awesome, food in the restaurant is good especially the evening music band was amazing. only critic is they don't have flexible check in options.

Location very good. No food or coffee or tea. Small noisy rooms. Not fit for family stay due to frequent trouble by heavy drinkers. Literally no services at all.

No ventilation in rooms, even floor do not dry for hours. During cleaning from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, whole common area is mess. When we reached room was not ready. Not value for money at 5k per day. Near white town, walking distance to all famous restaurants. Service is good.

No parking space, though air conditioned, so noisy, beds were small in size. High priced snacks and there was no breakfast place. Overall worst experience.

hotel rooms were average, breakfast horrible as it was served in another hotel 10 mins away never seen such bad service, no in room dining or room service facilities

Worst service and poor maintenance, rooms also not maintained properly. They are charging amount for dental kit also
