Staf behaviour rude , room smelling with not proper arengment

hotel is value for money hotel. don't expect much. however, it is clean n nice. e at the room as there no proper locking mechanism at the door & someone tried to toggle with door handle at midnight.

location is good, also food and room are good and clean, staff also familiar

Stay was good, didn't take food , can't rate food, overall neat and clean rooms, the hotel provided tea bags ,coffe and milk sachets on request.Otherwise, a satisfying experience.

Lar de Oliveira is quite a clean place, only rooms are very small for two. We didn't got chance to taste food, The location is good, it is in heart of the porvorim. Also close to panjim and Mapusa.

The Location is the major Usp of this property, its central to both Airports and all major tourist attractions, the rooms are clean and spacious, also the pricing was competitive, overall a good stay for a short trip or long vacation. It has a nice positive Goan theme vibe and lovely landscaping around the property.. will definitely come back.

I had requested to extend the check out time by 30 minutes, but I got answer that you have booked the hotel by checking the check out time and you know it!! This is not at all the way to talk to a customer
