I had the most wonderful stay ever in this simple, quiet and beautiful home stay. I love traveling and a good place to stay with cleanliness, courteous staff and good food and view are the priorities. The owner Abhishek, and the receptionist Hitesh made sure of delivering the best services and went out to the way to attend to our request with a smile on their face. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing with the beautiful sound of mother nature. Value for money and totally worth it I had the most wonderful stay ever in this simple, quiet and beautiful home stay. The location of this property is good it is just 15 minutes to char dukan from here.

Nice location of the hotel. Room was good, clean & bathroom spacious. Hotel staff were very helpful & specially Mr Abhishek is nice guy. Helped in my travel plan & arranged taxi & bike for local travel. Food was good.

It is really a very nice experience to stay here. Host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Homestay. The Food is also delicious. We got lots of options in food. The view from the roof top is amazing.

Room was very small. Washroom was so small that a person cannot walk straight without touching the walls.

Property average compre to price rooms are v small no doubt they upgrade but took charge also n that too not worth cause no cook was available. So they provide outside food. No tea coffee arrangement cause restaurant is under construction, so over all experience is average no doubt abhishek's service is good v helping person

Abhishek's property (landor heights) is at the proper location to explore landor and masoori. Very helpful guy, rooms are neat and clean with all required facilities. mainly budget friendly particularly in this area. Quite silent place, with nice valley views. Must try this place. I will sure visit again with my family

The owner abhishek is a great host. Arranged for our cabs bikes/ food everything! he was there for any help that we needed. To talk about property, rooms were well maintained and view from the terrace is amazing!

The stay was very comfortable. The room was very cozy, bathroom was spacious, geyser was working condition, wifi was too good. I could watch youtube and other ott ( provided you have subscriptions) services without interruption. View from terrace was so good. Abhisek ji was extremely helpful. Also you can avail homemade pahari food if you want. Now let me tell you few important points about the location. It’s between mussoorie mall road and landour points of interest ( such as lal tibba, landour bakehouse, char dukan etc. ). You can go by walk from this hotel to either of these places but the road is inclined, so not easy. So either you have to hire a scooty or car. If you hire a scooty that would be more expensive than what you get at mall road. Choice is yours, if you love peace than go for landour heights, but if you want to explore mall road, then hotel near mall road would be better choice.

The room was extremely neat and well kept. Abhishek was very helpful and friendly. The location of the homestay is perfect whether you want to explore landour or mall road. Easily accessible with good food options nearby. And the wifi was super fast )

Rooms are not spacious like pictures upload by owner. They have to mention square feet with real pictures
