The property was very peaceful the staff was very polite and the service was great as well food was also delicious . the only issue was that there was no network and no Wi-Fi available and there should have been intercoms available in the rooms for easy access among room and for contacting the staff as well

The resort is located deep inside, and during the rainy season, the road conditions are poor. If you have a sedan, there’s a good chance it might get stuck. The cottages are also located quite far inside, with insufficient lighting, which adds a dull feel despite their aesthetic design. While the triangular shape of the cottages looks unique, it doesn’t really live up to the hype. On the positive side, the food is good, and the staff is very polite and helpful. However, the resort should provide a proper menu, and the price tag for the buffet feels too expensive for what’s offered.

I have a list of complaints :- 1) Extremely poor maintenance of the property. 2) their was no network in the property which is still ok because of the remote location but not even intercom service to connect to the reception is insane. 3) They don't even give you proper cups for tea , they give paper disposable cups. 4) Don't have enough basic cutleries like bowls. 5) The most basic and important item in a breakfast (cornflakes and chocos) not available . 6) Swimming pool wasnt clean , its floor was slippery. 7) Washrooms don't have a good water pressure in the shower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Selwa Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the well-maintained pool. Overall, my stay at La Selwa Hotel was wonderful.

A constructive criticism: The property was not well maintained. There was no internet WiFi available. For children you can install some slides and all. Food was below average. Service was EXCELLENT. Kindly install more guidance signboards please.

La selva was a new experience living in a chalet that too in core forest. We traveled as a family and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Pros: mind blowing food amazing hospitality zero to weak network - digital detox safari booking available cons: you will end up gaining weight

The resort photos are a bit of a its not what it looks like. The resort is not at all maintained and clean. The doors were not locking properly of the washroom. There were webs all around the resort. The food was OK at best. It's not worth the money at all. The pool was very dirty and not maintained. The charges were of an 5 Star Hotel per night but the service was not at all there. No wifi in rooms or even signals. Please avoid this resort at all cost.

The property is not well maintained and there is no Wi-Fi and no phones in the room for room service, there isn’t any sports activity area as well which is mentioned. Room had no water supply for 2 hours in the morning. The rooms are inferior quality and looks good only in pictures, the flooring is coming off in the room, the stairs are creaky and lack of good lighting, the so called balcony of the chalet opens with the Terrible view of back of other room and the space segregation for the villas is poorly planned. The room does not justify the price being charged

The stay was very comfortable and really in the admist of nature, the food was beyond excellent. The pool and all the activities were just a cherry on top.

Overall, i was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities provided by la selva resort. It's truly a haven for those seeking both tranquility and luxury amid-st the beauty of pench national park.

The property is very decent and relaxing. Food quality is also good. The best thing is that the place is surrounded by forest away from the city.
