Excellent service and food was so tasty. Room was clean and hygiene was maintained. Pool was clean all the time, Kids enjoyed a lot.

Worst experience as property is large but not that good . Bed sheet was not clean and cocrokches were present in every room as we have booked 6 rooms, food quality was not good.

जितने प्रॉपर्टी की हमने पैसे दिए हैं उतना मुझे गैर अजीब लगा और सर्विस के बारे में अगर मैं कुछ बोलूं तो खाने में भी कमियां थी सर्विस बराबर नहीं मिली अगर साफ-सफाई की बात की जाए तो कोई विशेष सफाई नहीं थी इतने पैसे में इससे बहुत अच्छी प्रॉपर्टी मिलती है हमारे साथ एक भैया हैंडिकैप्ड थे उनके लिए भी हमने पहले ही बता दिया था कि हमें विल शेयर लगेगी उसकी भी सुविधा उन लोगों ने सही समय पर ना करते हुए व्यवस्थित जवाब नहीं दिया बाद में मेरा मित्र रिसेप्शन में जाकर अच्छे से समझाते हुए बातें किया तो उसके 15 से 20 मिनट के बाद वह व्हीलचेयर हमें मिली रात को 12:00 बजे हमने पानी की बोतल मंगाई तो चार बार कॉल करना पड़ा फिलहाल तो ना खुश हैं और हम ओलिव रिशोर्ट किसी भी व्यक्ति को सजेस्ट नहीं करेंगे धन्यवाद जब हम पैसे देने के लिए तैयार हैं तो हमें सर्विस क्यों नहीं मिली

Food Was Horrible, Service was super slow all small things takes 40-45 min with 2-3 reminders, fried papad was leaking oil like droping oil drops from it

Stayed in Premium Villa #403 Facilities are good, Food and its quality was excellent 5🌟 Not only was there no mirror in the rooms, but there was mirror in the bathrooms which caused discomfort during the stay. But the overall experience was awesome..

Good property with excellent service, staff is very cooperative and helpful.Stay and other amenities are also very good and meet the standard. Excellent Service and awesome food was provided. Both Pools were maintained with regular cleaning.

Pro: -Power backup during outage -Delicious food -Parking place in front of villa -Standard amenities -close to turia gate -good rooms service con: -garden is not well maintained, cleaned -tv worked for 1st day only -no fruit juice and limitied vegetarian options also kids menu not available. Food was costly -no pest control, be ready to be greeted by big spiders and cockroaches

Personal Swimming Pool didn't get in the package as shown in the amenties . And we have been charged more expensive as per the actual tariff discussed on actual

didn't like the staff behaviour , we have paid for the breakfast but the same has not been given to us as we went on for tiger safari. when we came back they said timing is over, even we didn't get the packed food for safari. even after this non of them were responding properly

The rooms are decent. However food is not that great. The property is neat and beautiful and can improve the room quality
