No amenities are free. They charge even for dental kit. The list of amenities shown fake. This resort doesn't have many of those amenities. Indoor games are broken. Food is good. Garden and surrounding is well maintained. But still not worth the money.

Nice property. Near to the turia gate. Rooms are decent, but not well maintained. Restaurant food is very average. Carry your booze and munchies as their is nothing nearby.

Everything in this resorts was good. Atmosphere good. Room is pleasant. All was good. But der is one major problem. Hear ek chiz ke lye poise dene padege. Room par khana mangwana hai toh poise 400 per person. Kapde press karne hai toh paise. Hair dryer ke lye dryer chihiye toh paise. Bake sab padhiya hai.

familyAt the very entrance in the resort you will be welcomed with a grand driveway garden. Cottages welcome you with charismatic interiors too with excellently arranged bed, coffee table with grands and a cosy 2 seater sofa. Cottages are sunlit with almost total glass partitions. For privacy purposes they also full vertical + horizontal curtains. The dining room guys helped us with a nicely packed breakfast set for the 6. 30 am safari trip. The resort also has good tieup with the safari gypsy drivers which come right till the resort for pickup and drop at no extra cost. If you haven't booked your safari tickets online, the resort guys will help you arrange the same through local agents. There is a bonfire arranged every night in winters with nicely lit seating arrangement. Dining area is spacious which takes care of social distancing requirements. Quality of food is good. There is one negative marking regarding punctuality of the kitchen. They had a hard time in coping up with their own set timings for breakfast and dinner. Pricing is a bit on the higher side. Overall a 9/10 resort. Will definitely recommend friends and family visiting pench to stay in village machan

It's quite expensive. Students cannot afford to pay for it. This is peaceful place swimming pool was very clean but they gone charge for costumes and for pool (snooker) also.

familyThe property is promising. You can see trees from the windows behind the bed. Every cottage has a terrace which is perfect for sitting peacefully and having tea. It's quite green and well maintained in general. However, the staff could be a little more polite and more involved when it comes to customer satisfaction. Small things like making sure customers get the welcome drink, water bottles in the cottage are cool, not charging something for a broken glass, etc. Do matter. Customers come back only if they feel welcomed. Full marks for the property but the staff especially at the reception can use some training on customer service.
