Mystic Oasis Resort

This was my worst wildlife resort stay ever. Except for the food and local manager’s courtesy, everything else was disappointing. The premium wooden cottage had electrical issues, faulty washroom fixtures, dirty linens, and poor hygiene. Housekeeping was careless—dusty furniture, unclean cups, and a rotten flower in the drawer. The backyard pool and seating were filthy. Despite complaints, the staff was untrained and indifferent. Even cleaning was neglected unless insisted upon. The management showed zero interest in maintenance. Overall, unjustified pricing, poor service, and a pathetic experience. Definitely not recommended!

It's a budget stay in the lap of nature as it's near the Telia gate and right on the edge of the forest.The staff is courteous and helpful.The room where we stayed was spacious and adequate for family.The food is really nice and tasty.Special mention for the resort manager Rakesh ji who never says no to any of your requests like untimely snacks or early lunch for departing guests.

Needs improvement- i recently stayed at this resort that is still under development, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the resort itself requires significant maintenance and attention. The food options were quite limited, which was disappointing, especially for those looking forward to a diverse dining experience. Additionally, we experienced frequent power outages, which disrupted our stay. Cleanliness was also a concern, with areas needing more thorough upkeep. Overall, the resort felt just average and lacks the polish that would make it a more inviting destination. With better management and improvements in these areas, it could become a much better experience in the future.

The rooms and property do not justify the price at all. Stay and quality of stay is average.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay @Mystic Resort. I will simplyfy this review writing just pros & cons: PROS: - 1) Stay in the heart of nature and feel reguvenated. 2) Best hospitality I have felt in a very long time. Staff is just willing to do anything that makes guests happy. 3) Mr. Suraj & Mr. Santosh are so helpful and easy going that they readily makes things available. 4) Rooms are with pools and with privacy too, you dnt have to worry about anything being in here. 5) Food is so great. Also I eat full non spicy food and they made sure that I get it. 6) They made sure that my stay is lovely. CONS: Only con is that you dnt get mobile signal inside the jungle, which in a way is also good to get completely disconnected from the world and enjoy peace...❤️ Thanku Mystic Oasis Resort👍
