Food were very delicious and just like home. Location was great and we had enjoyed to the full extent. Our stay to the resort was very comfortable. Hotel provide us breakfast with our Jungle Safari at 6 am and it was so delicious and nicely packed. Recommende for family, group and even for couple.

The ambience of the resort is great and it's very well maintained and designed. The food was good and the service very hospitable and wasn't impersonal at all. It's a little pricey, but I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would recommend for anyone that doesn't mind splurging and is looking for luxurious stay.
Overall, everyone in the group....

Friendly staff, good large and clean rooms. The food was also very good and had ample variety. The room service could improve in speed, but was offset by courteous attitude of staff. The breakfast provided was more than adequate and was ready in time for the morning safari.

I really loved the aura and location of rooms and also the service available ... I will love to visit again. For really good experience one should stay in tents because it is really Devine and relaxing ambience.
I booked this hotel online through make my trip. It was a family trip in the month of may 2017. The hotel location was excellent as it was in center of forest. It is a wildlife sanctuary. It had swimming pool and spa facility which was impressive. It was a tent room as a cottage. The stay was good.

We visited Pench with the group of friends and we were on a vacation trip. We booked the rooms directly after reaching the hotel premises. The appearance of the hotel was very attractive. It resembled something like a big tent in the jungle which was nice. The front office and service were good in their own departments. They welcomed us well. Whenever we ordered something like drinks they provided it on time. Rooms were fine and up to the mark. It was like a resort. All basic amenities were there in the room and they were quite neat and tidy. Nothing extraordinary about the room. We took restaurant service for food. The food was tasty and delicious. I definitely recommend other travelers to stay in this hotel. It is completely worth the stay here. Even I will come here if I ever come to this place again.

We have planned a Holiday trip we went to Pench along with my friends. There was a parking facility in this hotel. The location of the hotel was easy to access and near to the National Park. The appearance of the hotel was unique and it was very close to the forest. The Front Office staff were pleasant and well behaved. They have arranged the welcome drinks at the time of our visit. The check in and check was done without any delay. There were a pickup and drop facility with extra charges at actuals. We have booked an AC room. The room was vast and hygienic. Inside the room painting was impressive. The bathroom was spacious and it was clean. There was a restaurant service in this hotel. The room service was on time and we have ordered nonveg. We have enjoyed the mutton biryani it was delicious and served hot. There was no lift facility in this hotel hence the hotel is on the ground floor. The accommodation was provided to our driver without any extra charges. There was a swimming pool gym and other activities in this hotel. Overall we have enjoyed our trip at our stay.
