Banyan Tree Resort

The stay was good and the food was also very tasty, the staff was very polite and very helpful. The resort situated near the lake provides a good view.

I will not advise for family, property is not maintained well, rooms are having frogs and big spiders, reviewer’s seems made up and they are not genuine. Only room service and staffs are very good.

We stayed 2 nights in banyan tree resort, overall good experience well behaved staff, good food and surrounding natural place beautiful environment and cleanliness.

Staff was very cooperative ample parking space scope of improvement in cleanliness

Nothing was good, the premises were not maintained, the bed was not clean, room was full of smell, wash room smelled bad, staff behavior was ok but they was not being managed. i was not satisfied. Looking a very old property and not maintained

It’s was very terrible four quality is not good bedsheet and pillow covers are very dirty

The food was prepared with care and served in the most sophisticated way. The taste gave more or less a home feeling.

It was nice but could have been better. The staff was nice. The room lacked cleaning. It was average for staying in a group.

It's a very nice place with a Grand Banyan Tree and a Lake nearby. The rooms are cozy and neat. The food is simple like home made and absolutely delicious. It's Worth every penny you spend.

Stay was ok. But food was unsatisfactory

The ac wasn't working in both the rooms we booked and one of the rooms was smelling bad, the resort guys had to spray room freshener to being the smell down, the other room was better. Food wasn't great as well. Washrooms were clean, the open area was the best part of the place!
