The hotel is average and really needs a renovation. The property and rooms have worn down. The staff however was very helpful and the food was good too.

Very average stay experience. First impression is everything in hotel business but that doesn’t seem to be their code of conduct. As soon as we entered our rooms there was a foul smell as if there is dampness in the rooms. Air condition was not working , Telephone was not working , room lighting was very dull , spa section was smelling bad and overall property missed the vibe it felt more of day lodge. Other positive things were that Checking In was smooth , Staff was polite / helpful and Indian food was tasty but our order of Chinese food was missing the main point.

It was a very fantastic stay here in jungle home , Beautiful property, supportive staff, tasty food.

Staff is friendly and good, location is nice, rooms are big and comfortable, food quality is good, packed breakfast for safari was also good but need to add few more things if psbl, overall good experience

I booked suit and 2 deluxe room for a day on 25 December. It was a lovely experience. We enjoyed all meals and breakfast , Taste and aroma was perfectly balanced. Hi Tea with pakoda and biscuit was perfect ( I am foodie and love to cook so I resonate with the hard work put up by chef and entire team) . The bonfire with karaoke followed by wild life movie was awesome experience to cherish. Room size and ambience is speciality of this hotel. The entire staff and their hospitality is really unique, I have requested many things for parents and they served it whole heartedly. The bed and all amenities are well maintained . Hotel manager Mr Krishna is very courteous. I have given few suggestion to improve upon but overall it’s 5 star rating.

We had booked 3 rooms in welcom heritage and all the rooms had continuous water leakage in bathrooms and below the wash basin. This led to my mother fell and fractured her foot. Food was average. Another mess up was in safari booking where we had booked for a different zone and was taken to a different one. It was a complete spoiler

the stay at jungle tent at welcome heritage jungle home was amazing.the tents are placed right in the middle of bamboo forest which give you camping 🏕️ feeling.bonfire,hitea at machan are cherry on top.the staff is very good and provides best services.food is very tasty.you can also book your safaris through hotel.overall the experience was great 👍

Rooms not clean as expected, bathroom was a bit stinky ,but the staff was amazing & cooperative. The restaurant food taste was great.The property is located well. Not completely satisfied with the room hygiene in respect to the price paid

The photos are misleading. This property is 3 star with below standard services. Rooms are not clean, cobwebs everywhere, dusty, washrooms are horrible, property is not maintained. It looks like 1947 rather than 2024. The only saving grace is good food which is as per chefs choice. This is not welcome heritage property. Its a local resort.
