This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The hotel is shady in every possible sense — it doesn’t even feel like a hotel, they’re running something else here (you’ll understand when you see it). The staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, with zero sense of hospitality. The hygiene is pathetic — dirty rooms, foul smell, and unhygienic washrooms. It’s completely unsafe for women and families. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy throughout my stay. Please don’t fall for any fake photos or reviews. This place should honestly be shut down for how it operates. Avoid this hotel at all costs — it’s not worth your safety or peace of mind.

service is too slow, no toiletries.. 3rd party kitchen is there... if u book including breakfast, u will only get Poha or upma and tea one plate, if u need anything else, u need to buy which I feel not fair... as we paid few hundred extra for breakfast including and get only these two items which are not worth it. cockroaches are there in room... washroom is very small and hot water is an issue... if no sun or its raining then u will not get hot water. cleanliness is a issue..

My parents stayed at this hotel recently, and the experience was truly disappointing. Basic hospitality expectations were completely ignored — no toiletries provided, no electric kettle in the room, and overall a lack of care or courtesy from the staff. For a property that to offer comfort, it failed even on fundamental amenities. It’s unfortunate that senior guests had to repeatedly ask for essentials that should have been arranged proactively. Definitely not the experience one expects from a hotel that charges at this level.

Property location is close to main road and easily accessible. Very well maintained and has all basic amenities for the stay. The staffs were friendly and assisted for minor concerns noted. There's wifi available. Only concern is parking car as there's no dedicated parking facility. I recommend any solo stay, short stay, long stay at this hotel.

It was a great experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was quick. However, we only had one major complaint that is specific to the third-party kitchen there. I am a vegan, ordered a Paneer masala. However, while having it, I found a bone in the gravy. I assume that they used the same gravy for both veg and non-veg food. It was extremely disappointing for my entire family. The complaint was registered and the manager accepted the feedback positively. Apart from that, everything else was good.
