1.Amenities were not value for money. The bathroom was poorly lit. 2. My stay was shifted from City Centre Ginger to Airport Ginger and I was informed only 2 days prior. This caused lot of difficulties for me as location was important for the event which I attended 3. One Mr Chitro has talked to me and had promised local transport for 2 days morni g drop to my event location. This was not done. Overall unpleasant experience

What killed the mood was when we had to wait for 30-40 minutes for our accomodation and that is when we came like 10 minutes late than the check in time, other than that everything was nice but I prefer the airport one more

We had a bit of a hassle during check-in as our rooms were not ready and the lady employee at the reception was not very cooperative. However, when we escalated the matter to her senior, it was resolved immediately. The stay was really comfortable and the food was very good.

Room no 106 Doors both room door heavy to open Bathroom door not working properly though lock was working. Milk sachet not provided. Provided after biq waiting time. Extra Sugar packets were asked around 10pm and not provided. Second day morning provided after calling. Extra cup was asked , replied that reuse the cup after washing
