Poor experience, dusty rooms, tv not working, insects all around the bed, broken window. No room service

There was no hotel staff available for basic services. I did not get water, and there was no room-cleaning service. I don’t understand why this place is even called a hotel. I think MakeMyTrip provided me with an extremely bad booking. I also asked for a bill, but the hotel has no working printer or internet.

I booked Delux room without Breakfast. Location was in center point of Nagpur very close to public transport i.e railway st & Bus st. Size of room was sufficiently spacious with Mini fridge & also Bathroom size also.

Not at all worth the price. Old, non maintained.Room full of insects. you will find cockroach on your bed.

Room was clean adesh bhai was very helpful hotel is located at very peaceful place, and I would really suggest you this hotel for normal subtle long stay

The hotel staff did not bill me for the water bottle and cold drink. There were cockroaches in the room, and the room was not clean

The overall experience is good in terms of location,rooms and services. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Adarsh and his staff are cooperative and supportive.

slimy floors, no dental kit despite repeated requests and assurances, the tv didn’t turn on and when it did they had no subscription (didn’t charge it despite repeated requests), no water or glasses provided unless asked for, no intercom and lastly I was stuck in the washroom for half an hour as the door got stuck.
