I am quite disappointed as I have already requested for room decoration but it was not done and hotel denied and mentioned they did not receive any request and on time request won't be accepted. No sufficient blankets were provided nor extra napkins or towels provided.No complimentary snacks or soft drinks.No door mat was provided outside bathroom

Conveniently located, Food standard was nice...but breakfast many items were repeated everyday....like poha, chole in Indian; potato dish , baked tomato in continental, bakery items were repeated and very dry. Only saving grace was live counter. Services are excellent in other area... specially Mr Nikhil at front counter

The hotel has a good location with spacious rooms and quality furniture, which added to the comfort of the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by certain issues. There was leakage in the bathroom, and the customer service was below expectations. Despite repeated requests, replacement of coffee mugs was not arranged, and service calls were often not picked up. While the property has potential, the lack of responsiveness and poor service standards need improvement.

Very good service, respectful staff and a smiling concierge. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Washrooms are clean and have all the required toiletries. The buffet has plenty of variety and very tasty. The hotel has trained staff and is professionally managed. We were happy that the concierge took the liberty to upgrade our room based on availability. They made us feel like VIPs.

all good , just amazing firstly I was stay in 218 that was not much good then I shifted to 633 now all was good specially service of miss kajal was very good and she was very helpful, silently she known very well our need about food i was tell her first time to bring one bread omlete and another day she made it already when I was came for breakfast she told me sir your bread omlete is here that time I feel just like amazing 👏
