Excellent Stay
Stay was outstanding comfortable and peace full stay but Care taker is not there and not providing foods and tea coffee too we need order by Swiggy or zomato only other than this everything was good

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The swimming pool was nice — perfect for spending some quality time with family and friends. It’s one of the best places to stay in Pondicherry. As usual, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it’s worth the money for the comfort and experience. The only drawbacks are that there’s no security at the gate — guests have to open and close the main gate themselves — and the parking area is quite small. If someone parked first needs to leave, others may have to move their cars. Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay and relax

Nice property, smallish room
The property is not far from the french town (promenade area) just a few kms. The property itself is good. We took the standard room which was a little small (just had walking space around the bed) and the bed was also small (listed as queen bed but i think it was smaller maybe a double bed size). The other rooms could have been better, but I can't say for sure. P. S. The only issue was the room size and the bed size, everything else about the property was fine.

Good pleasant Stay ! Wonderful experience!
We had a very good experience at this hotel. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Swimming pool is well maintained. The staff is also good and helpful. It’s a kind of Villa where it’s different from routine hotels. So good for family or couples to enjoy the trip!

Average Stay
Was average overall given the price. Bathroom basin was leaking, AC was slow. Maintenance can be better. Given the price, okay experience.

La Retreat Garden - Highly Not Recommended for North Indian Famil
Very poor hospitality & limited resources. Reception can only speak Tamil & hotel management should keep staff who can talk atleast English. For boiling Milk also he restricted to go only 1 person and it was not well equipped. During checkout, I went ahead and submitted my key, the reception person was so rude as if we are taking his items. I have booked 3 rooms and usually all hotels have morning breakfast included, they did not had and infact they did not even offerred. The behaviour was as we have booked, we can stay, it hardly matters to them. Final thing is that this hotel is not worth for any North Indian Family who visits from far places. Also, I feel that considering the hospitality, room size and amenities, I have paid double the price.

Terrible Stay
We did not have a stay there as we were not able to reach pondicherry, however the hotel did not show basic courtesy of calling back or for any monetary refunds.

Only stay if you want to spend a night.
Very less amenities not even a room service for spoons or tea coffee. The pool was too small. Nothing like a resorts. very misleading name.
