Wonderful stay at the resort good supporting staff ,restaurant needs some improvement in taste

Host was good and helpful. Simple space and cute. Good pool too.

Food is good. We had only vegetarian. Place is also good, but i felt it could be maintained in a better way for the rent they charged. Also felt that they are short of staff.

Experience was really bad. There was power failure in the area and resort did not have back up. We checked in around 9 pm and entire area was dark. Room had light and fan, no ac. No phone charging facility. Around 10:45 pm even fan stopped working. After calling the manager around 11:45 they arranged some back up with frequent on and off till 2:30 am. After 2:30 am till 9:45 am no fan. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Asked the concerned person about power back of resort, about solar. Didn't receive any convincing reply, usage of excess power in other rooms created issue or something like that. I don't think there were any other guest ter, apart from owner n few family members. Paid 3000 for a terrible night, sleepless sweating one, without electricity. Hardly spend 12 hrs 30 mins in the property. Property was also not maintained, the pool as well.

Property was good, caretaker don’t have the basics amenities. He also ran to the market. His active attitude we love it.

The decor is wonderful, the place is beautiful but the road leading to the hotel is quite small. We had made a booking for 3 adults but were given only a mattress to put on the floor. No extra cot. Dinner was not available, so we ordered from outside but they expressed displeasure over us getting non-vegetarian food.

Food was great. Nice, warm place to stay.

The stay was comfortable. Location is away from town but access is easy if you put Google map. Swimming pool is good, may be 4 ft. uniform height. My daughter enjoyed a lot playing in pool.

I had a nice stay all the more a sound sleep.

The way to resort is a bit short, thus it makes larger vehicles difficult to move on.

Brilliant location and aesthetic wise a great getaway place. But the choice for food is very limited and its only veg. Should have mentioned before booking. Including a better menu could have helped. Staff is courteous. Overall a good stay.

Its a nice accommodation, I really enjoyed the ambiance and surroundings, lot of friends required after seeing my whats app statuses, really superb.

The best hotel you could find at Kothamangalam. We stayed there for two days and the experience was awesome. All thanks to the staff Nithin, who was very kind, polite and generous. The food, stay everything was superb. This place got so much ambience which make us stay there for a decade.
