Pathetic experience
familyIt was such a bad experience. Very dirty. All night there were 2-3 rats in our room. And no cleaning, they are using same bedsheet, towels and blankets for all the guests. Washrooms are extremely dirty. Would never expect mm t to have such bad listings. Pathetic stay and very pricey. It should be priced at 600-800 rs not more than that.

I don't agree with this opinion. We always try to deliver best of services. And it's wrong accusation that we have used repeat laundry. Every day cleaning services are there. Probably the cost might be hurting. It's a dharmic sthal do rates keep fluctuating as per demand. All this review seems like may be frustration of paying more than the budget.

Terrible Stay
1) krishna awaas not worth it for it charges. 2) condition of bathroom was pathetic ( taps and shower nozzles and other metal accessories were rusted and too dirty. 3) shower bucket and mug were broken which later they changed. 4) room was not clean on daily basis ( if you are staying for 2 nights it is cleaned when u enter the room and second when you check out ) 5) hot water kettle was not cleaned and after requesting serval times they clean and send after 4-5 hours. If you want proof visit room no 110 which they gave

Everything as per you said demanded was replaced. You are May be not aware that the date you booked for was highly in demand and price was almost triple then what you paid. Any one can come and visit room no 110 . Everyday people are staying in that room , with no complaints. Its just that there are couple of peak days, when property is 100% booked and lot of work pressures and enquiries. We expect people to co-operate and adjust.

familyEverything is dirty and owners behave was also worst. Even she don't have maners to talk. I booked 2bhk apartment but hotel give me 2 room. Bathroom was not clean. Alot of gutka peak on badsheet

There were guests staying in other rooms as well with no complaints. All the facilities were given but some clients even if we give best are unsatisfied all the time. So they are from those category always cribbing and complaining. Since it was a peak time and may be out of their budget so frustration was showing in their nature.

Food is not provided by us. Its available in the market as per your choices. So for the food it was not ordered to us. We have 24 hours attendent for any issues. So one can always coordinate.
Pathetic service, behaviour and unprofessional response
familyRoom is prepared at 5:30 pm while check in was at 12:00 pm, 5:30 hrs later hygiene pathetic. Quilt us given at 11 pm. Pathetic response. Highly unprofessional

It just a way of client using the property whole night and asking for refund next day. We already had rooms available but client kept troubling us every now and then and next day after check out demanding refund from make my trip. Pathetic experience with the guest, tried to give the best of services but he wanted all services for free
Terrible Stay
Monkey entered the room as the lock of door was open by housekeeping. The monkeys damaged our bags, tool away food and tore bags. Towel, soap was not provided. Rooms were dirty. We were allowed 6 pm as ms. Manju from hotel said she gave our room from 11 am to 5 pm to someone else.

The booking was done at last moment, and we had requested for 15-20 minutes to make the room ready.The keys were handed over to the guest, while they were in the room. So the fault doesn't go to the property owner. Everything was provided with in few minutes of call from soap towel dental kit roll etc. Only reason was peak time of the season. The loss was done to us as well by monkey as door was left open by the guest. Where do we go for our damages, we are just getting one day payment from the guest, if there's any damages to the property we can't afford to survive but we couldn't ask the guest for damages as guest had already been to losses. So there's no blame to host and guest, it was just a situation where things have to be sorted out with a understanding rather than putting blame on one another.

It was a good hotel but the fan was making a creaking sound which was irritating. Also, the rod of the curtain was tied up with a thread. Rest everything else was good. No nothing else everything else was perfect. Location and the view is really nice

It's just not right sir, care taker is always there. Drinking water, television everything is provided. If there were any issues, should have been conveyed. Would have been sorted out. It's a beautiful place maintaining hygiene
Average Stay
Stay was good but room service was not available and toilateries items were not available only hand wash was provided. Tea and food were arranged by own level no facilities were provided.

Good location but partial service with compromises
familyBathrooms with full of mosquitos and service will be available only from 9 am to 9 pm not 24 hours. We faced issue that when we arrived lift was not working and later need to go through stairs at 3rd floor. Ultimately it's not a 3 or 4 or 5 star stay just rooms with compromise facilities. Don't expect more than this. Your ac also may not work so need to check everything before getting room. However, outside area of hotel is beautiful and you can have walk easy. I would suggest this rooms at cost of 1500- not more than that.

Good Stay
Since i booked it through mmt, it was a steal for me, otherwise the property is pretty expensive. Little remote from the main mandir. It's better to have your own vehicle, if planning to stay there. The stay was quite comfortable looking at the price and am-an- caretaker was very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and juice centre below the building and they open till late.

Worth for money
The hotel stay was pleasant and it’s near by to visit temples and worth for money. The only bad thing i felt was no reception available which i find it difficulty but after calling to the hotel contact person they have send a person to assist me.

We tried to give best of services. Will try to deliver better services in future. The main reason for complaint has been the charges. Please try and understand during festival and weekends charges are high in whole vrindavan.

There's a 24hours care taker and the room facilities also was there, breakfast was never a part of the complimentary service. It is a paid service. Complimentary one bottle is given of water, rest is paid. All services were not free, there's a payment provided you order something. Still we will try to give best of services. As per what is mentioned we tried to give all the services sir.

There's all arrangements for food, menu is lying in all the rooms, provided you order. There was no order given by you. Had you ordered would have delivered for safety security guards are there 24/7. There are security cameras outside the building. And this property is in the middle of gated society with more than 50 guards in the whole society
