Here is my feedback
1. Double Booking Issue: Upon arrival at "Executive Ashram" on December 21st at 8:30 PM, I was informed by Ms. Bharti Sharma that there was a double booking, and my accommodation had been given to someone else without any prior notification.
2. Unsuitable Alternative Properties: Ms. Bharti Sharma showed me alternative properties nearby, but they were not suitable for a family as they lacked the amenities promised in the booking description. I specifically booked the Executive Ashram for its balcony facing "Prem Mandir."
3. Inadequate Accommodation Offered: After rejecting two unsuitable properties, I was offered a room that was essentially a storage room with no proper bed, mirror, toiletries, and dirty toilets. This room was used to dump garbage, and at 10:30 PM, I was asked to stay there.
4. Lack of Assistance: When I refused the inadequate accommodation and requested a better alternative, Ms. Bharti Sharma told me to resolve the matter with Make My Trip and abruptly ended the call. This left me in a distressing situation as I was traveling with my 5-year-old child, and we were all hungry.
5. Helpful Staff: The room service boys, Sachin and Nandu, were very helpful and found another property for us. We shifted there at 11:30 PM. However, that booking was only for one day, and the next day I was left without a hotel again, with my luggage kept outside. In the evening, Sachin helped me find a hotel room for five hours.
6. Mismanagement by Ms. Bharti Sharma: This was my first visit to Vrindavan, and it was marred by the mismanagement of my hotel booking at "Executive Ashram" by Ms. Bharti Sharma. She allocated my booked room to another person without informing me, even though I had called her at 6:30 PM from Mathura, and she did not mention that the room had already been given to someone else.
