Terrible Stay
This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The lack of basic amenities like wifi, food, and even water in the bathroom made my stay incredibly unpleasant. It felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs!

Very bad hotel, ac is not good. Door lock also in very bad condition. Tv is not in working state. There was no water in washroom, tank was empty. It was very bad hotel. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Only puri sabji was arranged from dhaba. The bathroom did not have a lock. Cooling of ac was also not good. Bed sheets and pillow were torn and dirty. It was a terrible stay

Dear sir, sorry for your inconvenience. Sir, we have not mentioned elevator in facility on mmt as well. Sir room which was given to you was room no 501 and 502 which are new rooms so there is no chance of bad bed or lightning. Sir there is 24 hrs person at reception and room service. Sir if you had any problem why didn't you raise it through mmt stay message or mmt customer care or calling directly to owner so that room has been changed or refund had been given. Sir why are you giving review after checkout?

Great stay
businessExcellent cleanliness. Staff carries santiser spray always. I am a frequent traveller but never seen such xcellent service in past.

Horrible hotel
First of all it's not hotel nor Palace it's house converted in Dharamshala very very very bad rooms everything is terrible so I never recommend any body to book this Dharamshala

Terrible location
A very good hotel on terrible location, room was good, neat and clean, no food is available. They don't even provide drinking water. Location is far far away from City.

Horrible experience
First time in my life I have faced these kind of worst situation, the hotel location is somewhere out of the City, very dusty place and dusty Road, you need a face mask to to walk, also they are cheating with hotel location, they mentioned the Golghar but its far far away from Golghar. And situation of rooms are horrible, no cleaning, no water, used bedsheets, empty bathroom, no flush isn't working, all I have to say please do not even consider to book this hotel.

It's my birthday
I was there with my partner to celebrate my birthday and the hotel was too good. Location wise it's quite far but rest every thing was very good. The entire staff of the hotel was fabulous.

Review for stay at Kpp Palace
First of all, it is a house converted hotel. No lift. I ordered some foods from the hotel they ordered from swiggy and charge me double. Overall bad experience I will not stay in this hotel in the future.

Very good
We were looking for a budget place to stay the night along with our 2 cats. This place was perfect. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Service issue very much
familyHotel room, was not clean it was very dirty, service was very poor, only one of their staff was active rest of them were useless. Attitude not the behaviour of management was very much rude. Poor service quality, no lift no facility. I'll never stay to this place never ever in my life.
