Such a good ambience i ever experienced

An excellent location to spend time both family or as a group, since it's a Heritage home the couple who stays there is also customer friendly and have great hospitality. We can feel like we have gone back to 100 years.

The stay was really good. They treat like family and they served Home made food. Only the price is high and it is difficult to find on Google map. Property is recommendable.

Amazing stay with lovely home made food.

We stayed in the Kodianthara heritage home for 3 nights and this was the highlight of our 8 day trip to Kerela. We are avid travelers and regularly stay in home stays and this place was undoubtedly one of our best home stay experiences so far. Crispin uncle and Soni aunty are wonderful hosts. The comfortable and clean rooms, delicious and lovingly prepared food, the taste of history and culture are all highlights of this place. Crispin uncle went out of his way to help us plan our days. The home is very child friendly and Soni aunty even catered to our kids requests of special meals. The kids loved playing in the hammock, taking a canoe ride in the canal next to the house and playing with the resident animal or birds. Highly recommended.
We stayed in the annexe and had access to two connected rooms with two toilets or bathrooms. This gave our family of four ample space as well as privacy. The beds were comfortable and the outside seating area was perfect for evening tea. The history associated with the rooms made it very special.

Food provided was good with love and hospitality was also appreciable, but basic amenities like Tv and invert or was not working properly.
TV was not working. Invertor was also not functioning. However the room was good.

If you are looking for a relax vacation with mix of house boat and heritage stay, then this is the place to be . Owners are really friendly and the care taker is kind too.
